Detailed Condition Descriptions & High-Quality Scans

Just like the image you see, that's the exact card you'll receive! Each card is scanned using a high-quality card scanner to show edgewear in great detail. These scans may not show all bends/dents on played or damaged cards, so if you'd like to see more detailed photos of a specific card's condition, please don't hesitate to contact us! We're happy to provide additional images to ensure you're completely confident in your purchase.

Transparent Descriptions You Can Trust

We prioritise accurate visual descriptions and combine high-quality scans with a three-point condition scale (NM, PL, DMG) to ensure you make informed decisions. We try our best to allocate card conditions accurately, often erring on the side of caution. Here's a breakdown of our rating system:

Near Mint (NM) or Better: Near mint condition may be up to mint (refer to photos), but may have slight edgewear, scratching or very minor chipping. Minor indents are also acceptable in this condition if the rest of the card is flawless.

Played (PL): Played cards will show visible evidence of wear. These cards may have indents, whitening, nicks and/or scuffs.

Damaged (DMG): Damaged cards are in worse condition than played cards. They may exhibit major edgewear, bends, creases, indents, scuffing, tears etc. Whatever the case may be, these cards are clearly damaged.

Domestic Orders (Within Australia)

Orders will be sent securely in an Australia Post domestic tracked envelope for your peace of mind. At our discretion, for high-end cards or multiple cards, we may upgrade shipping to a more secure box to ensure maximum protection and cover the difference in cost as a business decision for your shopping and collecting experience.

International Orders

We can ship your cards worldwide using Australia Post International standard delivery service. Please note that the shipping cost you see during checkout does not cover any import duty, taxes, and charges that may be added by your home country.

It is the buyer's responsibility to pay for these additional fees. We recommend checking with your respective country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be before completing your purchase.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please contact us first. Please note that all postage costs, packaging costs, import duty, taxes and charges incurred during the return process are to be paid by the buyer.

A full refund will be issued once we have received the returned item and verified that it is the same item originally sent, in the same condition it was sent in, and with all original packaging included.
